Custom Designs

We’ll send you a proposal with curated balloon design options, potential add-ons, and color palettes to choose from - all with transparent pricing. Once it’s approved, we’ll send over the invoice and contract so we can get started!

Remember, to officially book the day, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and an electronically signed contract.

Delivery & Install

Your day is finally here! After confirming the delivery timeline a week in advance, we’ll arrive at your event and complete installation at least one hour before it begins.

Delivery Fee: $5/mile ($50/minimum)

FAQs

Do you take down the balloons after my event?

If requested, we offer a breakdown service for an additional fee. However, many of our clients opt to take down the balloons themselves, allowing their guests to take as many as fit in their car to keep the party going at home.

Are your balloons eco-friendly?

We take our commitment to the planet seriously! We use only the highest quality balloons available in the industry, made of 100% natural biodegradable latex. Our helium balloons never leave our studio without a weight and we always advise our clients on proper disposal. We’re also a proud member of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance, striving to keep the world celebrating with us!

We do our best to offer our services throughout the state of Massachusetts. Here’s a comprehensive list of where we’re able to deliver custom installations:

How will the balloons do in direct sunlight? 

Although we use the highest quality material available on the market, balloons naturally don’t do well in the sun. Since air expands when it's hot, the balloons may pop when in direct sunlight for too long, especially the darker the color. We always recommend placing your balloons in a shaded area to ensure they look great for your event!

Is Fig Balloon Co fully insured?

Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance if requested.

What if I need balloon decor on short notice?

We recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks in advance for custom orders. However, if you find yourself in a pinch, our ready-made products are available for quick pick-up at our Beverly Studio. For popular dates, we encourage early planning to ensure availability and to avoid last-minute stress.
