Questions About Our Services

How do I order balloons for pickup?

We have plenty of options available HERE for pick-up at our Studio at 283 Cabot St. Beverly, MA 01915. Once you place your order, you’ll be able to select a pick-up date and time. We’re open Tuesday  through Friday, 8:30AM - 4PM and Saturdays 8:30AM-11AM. All our products will last through the weekend.

Am I able to visit the studio?

Our studio is an active working space that we use to design and build our products before being transported or picked-up. At this time, we’re not currently offering walk-in shopping or consulting. If you do have any questions about our services, feel free to reach out via email to hello@figballoonco.com or simply purchase a product for pick-up online.

How do I start the process for a Custom Installation?

Fill out our Custom Installation Inquiry Form and a dedicated team member will reach out shortly! Please keep in mind we have a minimum product order of $600 and a delivery fee of $5/mile traveled with a $50 minimum.

Do you take down the balloons after my event?

If requested, we offer a breakdown service for an additional fee. However, many of our clients opt to take down the balloons themselves, allowing their guests to take as many as fit in their car to keep the party going at home.

Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance if requested.

What are your delivery and setup options?

1) Local Delivery:

We offer a a local delivery service for our online products ($200/minimum order) for $29. You can browse our products here.

2) Custom Installations:

We offer full delivery/installation service on our Custom Installations ($600/minimum). If you are interested in this service, you can start the process by filling out our inquiry form here.


3) Pick-up Service:

If you’d rather pick-up from our Beverly, MA studio (no order minimum), you can browse our pick-up products here. Simple order online and choose a pick-up time! 

Questions About Our Balloons

Are your balloons air-filled?

Yes! All of our balloon installations are air-filled. Some products will need to be aptly secured within your event space while others are free standing and can be conveniently placed wherever you’d like. Click here to view our hanging instructions.

Are your balloons eco-friendly?

We take our commitment to the planet seriously! We use only the highest quality balloons available in the industry, made of 100% natural biodegradable latex. We’re also a proud member of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance, striving to keep the world celebrating with us! 

How will the balloons do in direct sunlight? 

Although we use the highest quality material available on the market, balloons naturally don’t do well in the sun. Since air expands when it's hot, the balloons may pop when in direct sunlight for too long, especially the darker the color. We always recommend placing your balloons in a shaded area to ensure they look great for your event!

Do you offer helium balloons?

To uphold our commitment to sustainability, we’ve decided to discontinue using helium balloons. Alongside being a nonrenewable resource, there’s a negative environmental impact from its extraction, transportation, and disposal. 

What types of balloon decor does Fig Balloon Co. offer?

We specialize in both custom and premade balloon decor tailored for any event. From vibrant balloon garlands, stunning balloon walls, to color-coordinated accent pieces, we have a variety of options to enhance your celebration.

Can I customize my balloon decor?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our ability to create custom balloon designs that perfectly match your event's color palette, theme, and message. Need something more specific for a larger event? How long will the balloons stay inflated?

We understand that the longevity of your balloon decor is crucial for your event's success. That's why we use high-quality balloons that are designed to stay inflated for its entire duration to ensure they look vibrant and polished throughout your celebration. When kept indoors, in a cool area out of direct sunlight, they can last around 3 - 5 days. However, if placed outdoors, our balloons may only last 1 - 2 days, depending on the temperature, weather, and overall handling.

How do I take care of the balloons? 

Make sure to place them in an environment with stable temperatures, avoiding extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, or placing them near a window, flame, heat source, or air vent. Keep them away from any sharp objects or abrasive surfaces, including textured or bricked walls. 

While outdoor placement is certainly possible, it does increase the risk of damage and deflation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of these products and they will not qualify for replacements, refunds, or credits. Our team may also decline installation due to bad weather, unsafe placement, or areas that may damage the fixture.

What if I need balloon decor on short notice?

We recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks in advance for custom orders. However, if you find yourself in a pinch, our ready-made products are available for quick pick-up at our Beverly Studio. For popular dates, we encourage early planning to ensure availability and to avoid last-minute stress.
