If requested, we offer a breakdown service for an additional fee. However, many of our clients opt to take down the balloons themselves, allowing their guests to take as many as fit in their car to keep the party going at home.

Our helium balloons never leave our studio without a weight and we always advise our clients on proper disposal. Although we use the highest quality material available on the market, balloons naturally don’t do well in the sun. Since air expands when it's hot, the balloons may pop when in direct sunlight for too long, especially the darker the color. We always recommend placing your balloons in a shaded area to ensure they look great for your event!

Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance if requested.

We recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks in advance for custom orders. However, if you find yourself in a pinch, our ready-made products are available for quick pick-up at our Beverly Studio. For popular dates, we encourage early planning to ensure availability and to avoid last-minute stress.
