FAQ's
How long will my balloons last?
When kept indoors, in a cool area out of direct sunlight, they can last around 1-2 weeks. However, if placed outdoors, our balloons may only last 1 - 2 days, depending on the temperature, weather, and overall handling. Please note, we cannot guarentees balloons longetivity once they leave our studio.
Can I pick-up my balloons?
Pick-up availble from our studio space in Beverly, MA. You will be able to select a pick-up date and time at checkout. Tuesday-Friday (8:30AM-3:30PM) and Saturday (8:30AM-11AM).
Can my balloons be delivered?
We offer local delivery for $29. Please note, there is a $200 minimum for delivery service.
We deliver to the following MA towns: Beverly, Danvers, Essex, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Marblehead, Middleton, Peabody, Salem, Swampscott, Topsfield, Wenham.
You'll be able select a delivery date and time at checkout.
What are your balloons made out of?
We use only the highest quality balloons available on the market. Our latex balloons are made of 100% natural biodegradable latex. Our foil balloons are not biodegradable, but are can be re-used (just add air) for future events!

How do I take care of my balloons?
Make sure to place them in an environment with stable temperatures, avoiding extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, or placing them near a window, flame, heat source, or air vent. Keep them away from any sharp objects or abrasive surfaces, including textured or bricked walls. While outdoor placement is certainly possible, it does increase the risk of damage and deflation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of these products and they will not qualify for replacements, refunds, or credits.
